Anxiety Integration Coaching
A journey that I’ve so deeply benefited from myself,
and you could too if..
You are ready to listen to and learn from the wisdom behind the consistent intrusive thinking and emotions.
You are ready to connect deeply with yourSelf and show up to the world around you feeling grounded, clear,
and confident in who you are
and what you want.
You want to learn tools and practices for breaking the anxiety loop, regulating your nervous system, and enjoying life in a present and connected way.
A look into our journey..
1. A Passionate & Supportive Partner in Your Journey
A safe, loving, and private space to share yourself fully. A space that’s unbiased and judgement free so that you may feel fully seen and supported in your journey of healing through anxiety. A partnership tailored to your specific needs, wants, and desires for creating a life aligned with your Core Self.
2. Uncovering Your Core Self
A massive part of our work together, maybe everything, is uncovering who you truly are beneath the anxiety you experience. Which is more often than not a beautiful, intuitive, clear, and confident person waiting to be expressed. Our journey is to further uncover this Core Self, and to actively create our lives from this place.
3. Somatic Embodiment Exercises, Tools, & Practices
We will speak directly to your nervous system through numerous movement, mind, and breath exercises all with the intention to process old unresolved emotions, heal our internal wounds of the past, and shift our internal world to one of higher fulfillment.
4. A Private, Supportive, & Healing Community
The quickest, most lasting, transformations happen in the support of like-minded, loving, and supportive community. Knowing that we are not alone, that we are seen, and supported is exactly why you have the option to engage in our regular group meditations, workshops, retreats, and online Patreon community.
5. Learning Healthy Boundaries & Non Violent Communication
Through personal experience, I’ve learned that being able to set healthy boundaries and confidently communicate ourselves in relationships is one of the most powerful ways to reduce our anxiety and create a deeper connection with ourselves. That’s why we will learn how to let go of people pleasing, know our needs, and communicate effectively.

what makes me a bit different..
I know what it's like..
I know first hand how debilitating, numbing, and energy depleting anxiety can be because I lived it most of my life. Until, I began my journey of consciously healing it and doing the work to uncover the beautiful parts of mySelf underneath. And now, because I know what’s possible, I want to help other people uncover their gifts and the magic of who they are underneath.
A safe, loving space..
If I’ve learned one thing in my own experience, it’s that all healing happens in the presence of a loving space and a safe space. A place where you can share all parts of yourself authentically in a nonjudgemental, unbiased, private and loving space.
Can you think of anywhere else where you have all of these elements?
Trauma Informed..
Anxiety doesn’t just magically appear and disappear. It has roots, just like a plant, and our job together is to uncover those roots so that they can be loved, healed, and transformed. That way, we can create an evolved style of life where our past experiences aren’t determining our present experience.
This allows us to create real, lasting change.
and if you don’t see results by session three you’ll get it free..
It’s common within our society to view anxiety as the problem, to view depression as the problem, to view the intrusive thoughts and the panic attacks as a problem.
Yet in actuality, these experiences are nothing more than the signaling flares of the mind and body simply asking for us to pay some loving attention to the world alive within us. It’s here where we truly get to listen to and learn from the innate wisdom of the anxiety we experience.
The Practices
I like to think of coaching as an art.. of the human mind, body, and spirit. An art where we get to look at ourselves and determine what we’d like to shift, and transform, and play with to create a specific outcome we have in mind.
That’s exactly what we’re doing here, pulling from many modalities of healing to take what we’ve currently got and play with it until we’ve created something more aligned with what we’ve got in mind.

Somatic therapy, also known as somatic experiencing therapy, is a therapy that aims to treat mental and emotional health issues through the connection of mind and body. This body-centric approach works by helping to release stress, tension, and trauma from the body. This can include breath work, dance, meditation, and yoga.

Internal family systems therapy (IFS) acknowledges that we have different 'parts' within us and that we each have a core 'Self' that is calm and compassionate. The aim of this approach is to help you access this by disentangling yourself from other parts that may be behaving in an unhelpful way.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is a tool to help us create a high quality of connection with those around us while actively contributing to their wellbeing as well. NVC uses consciousness, language, and communication skills to create a framework from which you can express your feelings and needs with clarity and self-responsibility, listen to others’ feelings and needs with compassion and empathy, and create mutually beneficial outcomes for everyone involved.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. CBT is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are interconnected, and that negative thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative cycle. It aims to help you deal with overwhelming challenges in a more positive way by breaking them down into smaller parts and healthy actions to respond.

Inner Child Therapy is a therapeutic method that explores the roots of (traumatic) experiences that arise in the time transition from infancy to early adulthood. In this method we go to the origin of what prevents you from being yourself, and reconnecting with your original vibrancy and zest for life.

Shadow work is working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself that you repress and hide from yourself. This can include trauma or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider undesirable.
-
Breathwork is the active form of consciously working your breath to bypass the mind and enter a different state of awareness. The practice gives the brain's executive functioning something to focus on, so you can bypass the mental level of consciousness and drop into a deeper state of consciousness, where healing, spirit, and love reside.
-
Meditation is about teaching ourselves to observe our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so that we may have a healthy perspective and clearer understanding. This practice is essential in learning how to respond and work with anxiety instead of reacting to it and becoming lost in it.

This may seem simple or silly to include here and yet I include it because it is vastly underrated.
Gratitude is often thought of as a spontaneous feeling and yet research is continuing to show the social, emotional, and physical benefits of consciously expressing that which we are grateful for, content with, and made joyful by. This can look like sharing gratitude for something outside of us or even something we are grateful for about ourselves.
