If we haven’t already had the pleasure of meeting, my name is Marcello LaGreca and I get to be the instructor with you throughout this course.
If you don’t already know me, I am not only an Anxiety Integration Coach but I have actively been living the experience of healing through anxiety and coming back home to my Core Self for nearly a decade now.
In fact, this course is a literal culmination of my real life experience with healing through my own anxiety. At the age of eighteen when my anxiety became debilitating to the degree that I found it difficult to do much of anything other than lay in bed, go for walks, or simply be supported by those closest to me—I decided to embark on this journey of self development that has ultimately led me here, to you.
I have spent hundreds of hours reading, enrolling in my own courses, working with coaches and therapists.
I have had thousands of revelations, moments of reckoning, and opportunities of incredible healing.
Not to mention, the hardships too.
Now, I come here to share this possibility with others that there is so much more available to us than the anxiety, the insecurities, the feelings of being worthless, the incessant overthinking, and so on that we’ve experienced over time.
Instead, there is a totally different experience that lives within each of us that is asking to be uncovered.
Peace, Passion, Love & Fulfillment.
So simply said, my mission is to help others uncover this place within themselves so that we may live in a world that’s exciting to be a part of, and exciting to co-create with those we love.

A Snippet of My Story
If you know me from YouTube, you’ll know that my journey began with a couple of years on anxiety medication and a whole lot of questions that ultimately led to me sharing this course with you.
Now, eight years later I share this video with you incase it happens to inspire a sense of relatability within you, a knowing that you are not alone on the journey and healing is possible.
We all go through the journey of waking back up to ourselves, and there’s no doubt it can be confusing and painful too.
Otherwise would we want to wake up if we were all comfortable?
No, but with the right education and guidance, we can come back home to a magic that exists within us that we may have never known could’ve ever existed.
