An Evening of Sound Healing & Meditation

The body has a natural ability to heal itself. The catch is that we have to intentionally give it the space, and ingredients to do so. In this evening of community, you will be guided on a sound healing journey and guided meditation to allow your body to relax, and the sounds to massage the suppressed emotions, and experiences of the past, right out of your nervous system.

If you’re new to our space, you can expect a relaxing environment, a loving group of people, and some delicious ashwaghanda & cinnamon tea to bring a sense of wholeness to your experience.
