Gratitude In Stillness
Thanksgiving Morning at 9AM
May we begin our special day together with each other, ourselves, and the gratitude alive within us through simple meditation and a cup full of enlightening tea.
As we continue on our journey of connecting with ourSelves— and we recognize our own hearts in the process — we come to the realization that the act of gratitude is as important for well-being as water is for the health of our body.
Through numerous studies it’s become clear that gratitude not only empowers the vitality of your physical body, but improves the quality of our mental and emotional well being too with studies showing over a 10% increase in our long term happiness when simply practicing gratitude for just 5 minutes daily. (Emmons & McCullough, 2003; Seligman, Steen, Park, & Peterson, 2005).
Not to mention, there’s nothing like coming together in community to do so.
So come cozy, leave centered.
All donation based.
So many blessings,
Marcello
