An evening to release everything you’ve been carrying in the supportive space of restorative guided meditation, empowering community, and to renew yourself for the week ahead.

In the coziness and comfort of your own home we come together in our relaxed online community space to connect with the loving community around us, the restorative meditation we are enriching ourselves with, and the sense of renewal we can begin our weeks with.

For it is in the spaciousness of stillness and of silence that the guidance of our Core Self can be heard with the most pristine clarity. When we combine this space with the sensation of feeling connected, cared for, and loved by the community investing in themselves around us — we rest even deeper.


Our Flow:

1. Arrive & Settle
   A warm communal welcoming to transition out of your day, and into this sacred space of self care, community, and renewal.

2. Inner Check-In
   A guided reflection to connect with your body, emotions, and your Core Self.

3. Breathwork Reset
   Gentle, science-backed breathing to release tension.

4. Restorative Guided Meditation
   A deeply grounding experience designed to decompress.

5. Meaningful Connection
   Lightly guided sharing to evolve together.

6. Closing Ritual
   The setting of an intention to seal our experience and begin your week renewed.
   

The intention is simple: a coming together to connect with ourselves so that we may show up to the world feeling peaceful, powerful, and present. It turns out too that life feels way more fun when you feel like you belong, like you’re connected, like you’re supported by a whole community of people around you.
