A Seven Week Meditation Series

Community, Meditation, Movement, & Education

In the slow and still nature of the Winter season we will come together and go within — stepping away from the distractions, the hustle and bustle, and the unnecessary noise of daily life to prioritize reconnecting with the deepest aspects of ourselves, our Self.

Hosted in the warmth of my own home positioned upon the high vibratory nature of it’s pink granite foundation and old bed and breakfast feel, with the support of the like-minded people coming together to invest in themselves just as you invest in yourself — we will get together for 1.5 hours once a week nearly every week right up until the first day of Spring on March 20, 2025.

Through education on the multiple layers of ourselves, engaging and depth provoking community conversations, guided conscious movement and breath, and finally guided meditation — we will learn about and journey through these multiple layers for the sake of reconnecting and nourishing the most important relationship we have in our lives— the relationship with our Selves.

These classes are designed for the first time meditator and the already enlightened and will take us on a journey of looking at and contemplating both Eastern and Western Philosophy in combination with modern day Psychology for the sake of how we can apply this intelligence to our everyday lives today.

You will leave with a deeper understanding of what it means to be You, with the practices to keep practicing this connection with your Self over and over again, and even a community of people to stay in connection with far after our final session has come to a finale.

It’s in the coming together of like-minded people and doing the real inner sight seeing where extraordinary power, our deep sense of self, and the joy of life is to be found. In the “Body Keeps The Score” by Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk states that safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives and that being truly heard and seen by the people around us, as well as feeling that we are held in someone else’s mind and heart are the most important elements to vibrant mental health.

Together we will get to go on a graceful, yet deep, journey in alignment with the winter’s essence just before waking up together with the seasons on the Spring Equinox.
