An opportunity to empower each other and evolve together.

Together, as the seasons slow down and the air invites us inside, we will gather to cultivate an internal vitality defined by resilience, self compassion, internal ease, and self knowledge that will leave us supported and equipped to show up clearer in the most important parts of our lives, more present within our relationships, and significantly happier within our own skin.


Together, we will evolve through:

1. Uncovering who we truly are versus who we have been conditioned to be with practices and teachings inspired by the work of Internal Family Systems Therapy, Inner Child Work, Compassionate Inquiry, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).

2. Learning the leverage of your nervous system and how to utilize it for your own mental, emotional, and physical vitality with practices and teachings inspired by PolyVagal Theory, Qi Gong, Yoga, Somatic Experiencing, and Compassionate Inquiry

3. Learning and practicing three specific practices designed to gift you with resilience, self compassion, healthy boundary setting, and the tools you can constantly come back to to support yourself far after our time together has come to an end.



You can expect:

Each session to include a brief welcome check in + centering exercise, an interactive and engaging lesson on the content for the week, real time exercises for you to apply what we’re learning to your own life, and a brief closing check out to bless you in your evolution outside of our session. You will be gifted a journal, the necessary session worksheets for each session, and more ashwaghanda-cinnamon tea that you could ever want for the entirety of our seven week evolution series.

Embodying Socrate’s time verified, “Know Thyself”, — we will cultivate an internal vitality defined by resilience, self compassion, internal ease, and self knowledge as we learn about the various “parts of ourselves”, the importance of utilizing our own nervous systems, and engaging in real time practices with engaging and depth provoking community conversations— we will leave supported and equipped to show up clearer in the most important parts of our lives, more present within our relationships, and significantly happier within the most important relationship we could ever have— with ourselves.



This is for you:

1. If you’re ready to release old patterns, roles, or identities that no longer feel like you, and you’re curious to meet the deeper Truth that lives underneath them.

2. If you feel alone on your journey of personal growth and you want to explore what it means to be part of like-minded community committed to living in their highest potential.

3. If you find yourself over giving, under boundaried, and emotionally exhausted, and you’re wanting to practice self care, and empowering yourself with compassion, not guilt.

4. If you’re longing for a space to slow down where you are the main priority. A space where you can leave your life’s responsibilities, tasks, and projects at the door.

5. If you’re looking for sustainable, long term, internal shifts not some quick fix— with individual and community centered lessons, exercises, and practices to support you far after our series.

It’s in the coming together of like-minded people and doing the real inner sight seeing where extraordinary power, our deep sense of self, and the joy of life is to be found. In the “Body Keeps The Score” by Dr. Bessel Van Der Kolk states that safe connections are fundamental to meaningful and satisfying lives and that being truly heard and seen by the people around us, as well as feeling that we are held in someone else’s mind and heart are the most important elements to vibrant mental health.
