Resonance | A Men’s Gathering

An event investing in the highest well-being of all men.

Join us on November 7, 2025 for a transformative evening designed to invest in the highest well-being of who we each are— through transformative breathwork, immersive sound healing, and authentic conversations about what it means to be a man in a world that has conditioned us against ourselves.

When we come together in spaces of safe brotherhood while learning and practicing transformative practices for our highest well-being— we empower ourselves to return to our work, our relationships, and our lives with heightened presence, focus, and the deep knowing we are supported.

Why:

In the modern Western culture we live in today, many of us are expected to be high-performing and high-producing while remaining emotionally stoic and entirely self-reliant— a trap I have found myself caught in many times. Yet, it’s 2025 and despite the very real statistic that men make up 50% of the US population yet 80% of US suicides (CDC), many men remain stuck in suppressing their need for support keeping them suppressed and isolated.

As a result so many of us have become disconnected from our power, withdrawn from our potential, and caught in the male paradox of wanting to open up for our own highest wellbeing but condemned by the old conditioning to stay suppressing— hurting our work, and those we care about.

Yet, the very real truth is that men expressing themselves vulnerably with other men has been highlighted throughout numerous indigenous, tribal, and ancient societies for the impact it’s had on mental clarity, emotional resilience, physical strength, and highest wellbeing.

These societies include the Māori of New Zealand, the Spartans of Ancient Greece, and the Samurai of Feudal Japan, among others.

Our Evening Flow:

  • Be welcomed into the space with an enlightening talk on the research-backed benefits of men gathering for the sake of personal empowerment combined with the opportunity to introduce and connect yourself with the brothers around you.

  • Practice a transformative breathwork journey designed to clear your mind, release suppressed emotional weight, and connect you back into your seat of success.

  • Relax into an immersive soundscape designed to reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and sharpen your presence.

  • Close the evening with an open conversation about your experience and the opportunity to build a community of brothers committed to uncovering the highest versions of themselves.

We want to give men the space, tools, and connections they need to thrive in modern life.

The Outcome:

A renewed sense of connection with yourself, feeling grounded in your body, clear in your mind, and connected with a community of brothers in your heart— so that you may show up powerfully within your work, more present in your relationships, and more connected to your Core Self. Then our families, communities, and greater worlds around us benefit as a direct result.
