Return to You: A Self Mastery Series

An opportunity to cultivate peace, presence, and purpose by returning home to who we Truly are instead of living as the person you’ve been conditioned to be.


Together, as the seasons slow down and the air invites us inside, we will gather to cultivate an internal vitality defined by resilience, self compassion, internal ease, and self knowledge that will leave us supported and equipped to show up clearer in the most important parts of our lives, more present within our relationships, and significantly happier within our own skin.


📈 Together, we will:

1. Uncover who we truly are versus who we have been conditioned to be with weekly evidence-based teachings, guided meditation, breath work, and depth provoking reflection exercises.

2. Learn the leverage of our nervous systems and how to regulate them to release old suppressed emotions, regulate to our core, and show up for life in with grounded presence.

3. Equip ourselves with three empowering practices designed to craft habitual self connection, self compassion, and healthy boundary setting that will grow with you far after our time together has come to an end.

Dates & Times: Every Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30PM EST beginning Thursday, October 23, 2025 and completing December 11, 2025. (7 Weeks; No Class Thanksgiving week).
