Yoga Nidra is the practice of connecting with the most authentic essence of who you are through the guided or self guided transcendence through your multi-layered consciousness.

In our fast paced Western world Yoga Nidra is becoming increasingly popular for the deep rest it provides to it’s practitioner. In some cases, it has been shared that one hour of Yoga Nidra can equate to 3 to 4 hours of your nights sleep as the refinement of thought, and the internalization of energy provide replenishment to the entirety of the mind and body.

In addition, the practicing of Yoga Nidra with community provides a unique blessing for the simple fact that spiritual practices done in the company of supportive and like minded others promotes a natural safety and support to each persons nervous system allowing them to find a unique level of depth.
